The repairs to the Transfer Station roof were completed today.

The Town Office will be closed Monday, July 4th, for the holiday.
The Transfer Station will be closed Tuesday, July 5th for the holiday.
There will be no curbside pickup Monday, July 4th. Pickup will take place the following day, Tuesday, July 5th.
Starting the week of July 17, 2011, there will be a change in the trash pickup schedule. Monday’s curbside trash pickup will be changed to Tuesdays. Those who would normally put their trash out for pickup on Monday, July 18th will put it out on Tuesday the 19th and every Tuesday thereafter. Please call the Transfer Station at 929-3913 if you have questions.
The Recreation Department has purchased a Community Pass for the Gray Animal Farm which is now called the Maine Wildlife Park. With this Pass, you would pay a $2.50 entrance fee instead of the regular $7.00 fee. The pass is good for individuals or up to 7 people in a group. A photocopy of the pass is available at Town Hall. Please contact Tashia Pinkham, Recreation Director, at 929-8381 if you have questions.
The Selectmen are soliciting sealed bids for Paving (Hot Bituminous Pavement in Place) and bids for Winter Road Sand. All bids must be received by 4:00 p.m. July 12th. Specifications for each bid are available at the Town Office.

E.O.101106030 – An order to appoint Kathy E. Fratoni to the position of Berry Memorial Library Trustee to be effective until December 31, 2014.
